Lucian Teo is the Program Manager at Google.org. He leads Google’s efforts to promote online safety education globally, working with NGOs, educational institutions and tech communities to keep internet users safe online and use technology in constructive and positive ways. Before joining Google, Lucian served in the Singapore Government as the Chief Information Officer within the Prime Minister’s Office, and led digital communications teams in a number of government agencies.
